Kellington has been with Countryline, since its inception in 1996. He began his career in the irrigation field and has worked his way up to being an indispensable member and a Director in 1999.
With his wealth of experience, knowledge and incredible people skills , Kellington commands our day to day operations and teams with integrity, dedication and an uncanny ability to problem solve.

Richard joined the Countryline team in 1994 as a Director and has played an integral role in the success and growth of the business.
With his years of experience, absolute passion for what he does and an intense drive for excellence, Richard has and continues to guide the business by not only being involved in the day to day operations but also working behind the scenes to navigate the ups and downs of the industry.
